Ryan

Ryan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He is currently completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University, and is completing his practicum at Supportive Family Services. He has experience working with children, teens, and families both in and outside of school settings.

Ryan is a passionate Psychotherapist (qualifying) dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. He believes in the transformative power of human connection and works alongside each client to help achieve their goals. Through the use of empathy and unconditional positive regard, he creates an inclusive and safe environment for each client to explore their inner world.

Grounded in evidence-based and theory driven practice, Ryan works from a psychodynamic approach and incorporates elements of various modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. Taking a holistic approach, he views each client in the context of their unique life experiences.
